Jade Buddha and Shadow Lounge were created and developed by Hogan Brothers Pty Ltd.
Jade Buddha is a 75% owned subsidiary of Hogan Brothers Pty Ltd operated by their Hogan Leisure Division. Tennis star, Pat Rafter also has a small stake in the business.
